Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies focused on attracting veteran and reservist talent
Partner with military transition programs, veteran organizations, and community networks
Conduct outreach through digital campaigns, base visits, and career fairs
Guide candidates through assessment, selection, and onboarding processes
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen our firm’s reputation in the military community
Mentor and support new advisors as they transition into the firm
Participating in all firm-wide leadership meetings and development workshops
Learning and gaining an understanding of the financial advisor role
Working toward promotion to Director of Recruitment
Qualification
Required
Prior military service (Active Duty, Reserve, or Guard) or demonstrated experience working with the military community
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for mentorship, networking, and helping others achieve purpose-driven success
Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership abilities
Experienced in recruiting, HR, sales, or business development
College-educated (bachelor's degree required)
