Entry, Mid LevelCrossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church that focuses on sharing the story of Jesus' redemption. The Site Production Coordinator oversees all technical elements of live events and services, primarily focusing on audio, while guiding teams to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with the creative vision of the Central Experience Team.
Responsibilities
Create immersive environments in which people can begin to be transformed by God’s truth and presence
Participate in the creation of key events at the site supporting Crossroads’ overall mission, vision, and goals
Operating and programming necessary equipment for services or events, with a primary focus on audio
Troubleshooting technical systems as needed
Participation in production team meetings
Ensuring smooth technical transitions throughout the service and identifying areas for improvement
Working with the site experience team to adapt and execute changes following the run-through
Training technical volunteers
Performing routine maintenance of AVL systems (hardware and software)
Planning and execution of special services and events
Participating in other projects such as video shoots, concerts, student ministry events, and camps as needed
Work hours include weekday, evening, and weekend hours
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
Organized, disciplined, with priorities, meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of the Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools as needed
Experience with Mac/PC
Knowledge of Planning Center, Slack, and Asana
Experience with DiGiCo or Yamaha consoles, SMAART, Wireless Workbench, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Resolume, RESI, and other production systems
Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to a changing and fluid environment, and proactively solves problems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Performs independently and excellently without close supervision
Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, and does so with a sustained positive attitude and demeanor
Possesses a strong ethic of servant leadership and a passion for shared team goals
Must be able to walk up to 5 miles and perform duties involving standing, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching as required
Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and other high-impact events at Crossroads
Occasional travel to other Crossroads sites may be required for training, support, or special events
Committed to the Crossroads mission and expectations in the staff 'I Promise' document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, tithing, and pursuing personal purity
Expected to work outside of 'normal' schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc
