Responsibilities

Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand, and obtain quota
Become a master of Asure’s online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting
Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator
Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities

Required

5 years' experience in a quota-driven sales environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales
Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
