They are seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Intern to assist in creating innovative advertising campaigns, while gaining valuable experience in a friendly and creative environment.

Responsibilities

Work in a friendly, open environment with a range of creative professionals (print & web design, advertising, public relations, event planning) in the Marketing Department at Lamar’s corporate office

Learn about new and exciting developments in the advertising industry from a leader in the business

Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines

Print, cut, bind, pack, and ship materials as needed

Light photo editing and cropping

Create sales materials using template files

Brainstorm, mock-up, and communicate design ideas

Qualification

Adobe Creative SuiteDesign principlesGoogle SuiteAttention to detailIndependent work

Required

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)

Working knowledge of design principles and file setup for print and web applications

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Attention to detail

High School Education or equivalent is required

Portfolio Upload Or Website Link Is Required For Consideration

Preferred

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design – Junior level preferred

Familiarity with Google Suite (GMail, Calendar, Slides, Docs) is a plus
