Boston University is seeking a User Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day management of users within the Huron Grants Management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of user management systems and providing technical support to users, while also serving as a liaison to the IS&T group and the university research community.

Support the day-to-day management of users within the Huron Grants Management system

Ensure the smooth operation of user management systems

Provide technical support and resolve user-related issues

Manage user related accounts within the application, roles and responsibilities

Onboard and exit users, and connect to active directory

Document key policies and procedures

Serve as a liaison to the IS&T group for user management systems that fall outside of tier 1 and tier 2 application support

Provide clear and concise training and technical support to users

Troubleshoot and resolve user related issues within the Huron Grants Management system
