Responsibilities

Media Relations: Create compelling content for press releases, blogs, and social media. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies. Initiate, assess and respond to media inquiries as needed

Employee storytelling: Help identify employees and build content to support internal/external initiatives promoting business wins, employer brand and our strong corporate culture

Vendor Management: Act as point of contact with PR agencies and/or creative agencies. Ensure MarketAxess voice is consistent across all mediums and social media channels

Marketing Collaboration: Ensure all external communications align with company messaging and brand standards. Collaborate with marketing team to integrate PR strategies into broader campaigns

Required

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects across business lines, collaborate, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

Strong copywriting skills, grasp of grammar, and attention to detail

Preferred

4+ years' experience, marketing, PR, and/or corporate communications within financial services

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or Communications

A sound understanding of financial services; exposure to fixed income

Digital and web content management experience

Design experience

Prior knowledge of Salesforce marketing software
