Responsibilities
Provide in-lab case support, technical troubleshooting, and procedural guidance for our products in CTO, bifurcation, and complex PCI interventions
Partner with Regional Account Executives to develop and execute key account strategies focused on product adoption and procedural consistency
Serve as the primary clinical resource for approximately 30–40 strategic hospitals nationwide, rotating regionally as needed
Deliver peer-to-peer education for physicians, fellows, and cath lab staff
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and provide clinical feedback to our marketing and R&D teams
Conduct in-service training sessions and participate in workshops and advisory events
Support data collection and documentation for post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) and internal performance monitoring
Maintain a strong working knowledge of competitive devices and procedural techniques
Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and clinical integrity at all times
Qualification
Required
Cardiology Cath Lab experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or as a Cardiovascular Technologist (RT or CVT)
Strong understanding of Complex PCI or Trapping
Ability to travel 50%-75%
Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment
Coronary medical device experience, with proven performance in interventional cardiology or cath lab-focused specialties
Strong clinical acumen with experience supporting physicians in complex procedures
Ability to grow a territory, open new accounts, and influence KOLs
Self-starter mindset, comfortable in a startup or early-stage environment
Willingness to travel regionally to support cases
