Responsibilities

Handle PTAB matters for patent owners and patent challengers in PTAB trials, including post-grant reviews (PGR), inter partes reviews (IPRs), covered business method reviews (CBM), and derivation proceedings

Qualification

IP LitigationPTABPost-Grant ProceedingsJuris DoctorActive State Bar License

Required

2+ years of IP Litigation and PTAB (Patent Trial & Appeal Board) experience

Experience with post-grant and IPR proceedings

Active State Bar license in Texas preferred

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, TX or relocate

Must have an active State Bar license in the state you are practicing or eligible
