Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market demands through user research and discovery
Lead the development and implementation of security capabilities within the Wires ecosystem, including authentication, risk mitigation controls, and fraud prevention features
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features for customers
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle
Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications, working closely with scrum teams to compile rollout and release plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proven track record of executing end-to-end product delivery for complex, large-scale initiatives
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred
Master's degree in product or analytics-related fields
Product experience in the payments or financial industry
Knowledge of common payment fraud and scam
