Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and report on research findings and insights to inform product development
Conduct focus groups and quantitative analysis to gather user feedback and data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements
Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
Participate in usability testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize user experience
Lead concept development workshops based on research insights and findings
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in ethnographic research and customer insights
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
Excellent writing and communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred
Experience with web and software application design
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and analytics tools
Ability to prototype using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus
