Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in search of a Lead Field Service Engineer based out of their Richardson TX facility. The role involves overseeing a team to install and test equipment, conducting testing of RF and Digital systems, and recommending modifications to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

Conduct testing of RF and Digital systems; will work from schematics, engineering drawings, wire lists, as well as written or verbal instructions

Will oversee a small team to install and test equipment at remote locations

Operate related electronic and mechanical equipment necessary to construct, test, process, troubleshoot, repair and maintain specific products or equipment

Recommend changes or modifications to improve the operation or the quality of electronic or mechanical products and equipment

Determine methods, operations and sequences in setting procedures for constructing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing processing, and modifying electronic and mechanical products and equipment as required
