Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by end users in our live production environment
Use strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical problems across our full-stack application
Implement timely solutions to critical production issues
Contribute to feature development and system improvements as time and priorities allow
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and system knowledge
Work with support team to communicate technical solutions and timelines to end users
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/ES6+
Proficiency in .NET 8
Solid experience with MySQL, including query optimization and troubleshooting
Excellent debugging skills across the full technology stack
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
5+ years of experience in web application development and support
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record in production support
Experience investigating and resolving user-reported issues
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues effectively
Knowledge of application monitoring and logging tools
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of web application security best practices
Preferred
Experience with (or willingness to learn) MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and TypeScript
Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
