Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize workflow of team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent execution of client service deliverables
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to associates; model best practices in client service and operational excellence
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing proactive service and operational support in coordination with advisors
Lead complex client projects and special initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and communication remains clear and timely
Anticipate client and advisor needs, providing solutions that enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships
Act as a liaison to clients’ external partners, including attorneys, accountants, and bankers, to coordinate financial, estate, and investment matters
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all communications
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of account onboarding, maintenance, money movements, documentation, and reporting
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Partner with firm leadership to improve processes and elevate service delivery standards

Required

Bachelor's degree
Series 65 (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
Minimum 5 years of client service experience within the financial services or wealth management industry
Proven team management capabilities with experience overseeing complex workflows
Possess knowledge of investment management and basic financial planning principles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present information with clarity and professionalism
Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Experience with Tamarac, Schwab Advisor Center, or comparable systems
