Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across operations, design, construction, and corporate support
Develop job postings and recruitment strategies tailored to each position
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews
Serve as a brand ambassador for Outdoor Environments Group, providing a professional and positive candidate experience
Communicate clearly and consistently with applicants throughout the hiring process
Guide candidates from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and timely process
Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices
Advise managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection processes
Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to a high-performing team culture
Preferred
Experience recruiting in construction, design, or related industries is a plus
