Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software across multiple domains

Apply Agile methodology principles and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to translate business needs and customer requirements into technical solutions

Perform hands-on development using modern frameworks, tools, and languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java/Kotlin, Swift, Vue.js, SQL, Azure services, Git)

Maintain source code repositories, technical documentation, and ensure proper version control and deployment practices

Apply knowledge of secure coding, data integrity, and system performance considerations throughout the software lifecycle

Collaborate with mentors and rotation managers to set goals, track progress, and reflect on learnings at the conclusion of each rotation

Engage in elective “lab” projects to broaden experience in areas like DevOps, UI/UX, AI/ML, and cross-functional consulting
