Responsibilities

Be responsible for updating an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and creating future fiscal year Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule

Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team

Update the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to management

Required

5-10 years of experience in program planning

Strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Experience with EIA-748 guidelines regarding schedule

Ability to actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team

Ability to update the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to management

Active Secret security clearance

Microsoft Project or Open Plan Professional experience

Strong influencing and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines

Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Preferred

Experience with Milestones Pro, OnePager Pro

Some experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
