Responsibilities
Maintaining and expanding the Merchant Services Portfolio by consulting and selling Merchant Services solutions
Onboarding new customers and growing existing relationships
Integrate new technologies and capabilities to extend FHB’s position in the Hawaii market for merchant processing
Coordinate with operations functions internal and external to the Merchant Services Department to deliver a customer experience that supports portfolio growth and customer retention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience in merchant services and/or business services
Valid driver's license
5 years of experience in B2B sales OR
5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service OR
2 years of professional experience with merchant processing solutions support
