Responsibilities

Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Manage high profile relationship with external partners
Self starter who needs little direction before deep diving into projects
Help to positively impact the org with executing team goal
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Have fun at work and help others do the same

Required

2+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
