Senior Administrative Assistant - Hybrid Sacramento, CA
California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is dedicated to improving community health through advocacy and education. The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the Development and External Relations department, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating meetings and events.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and office support for the Development and External Relations (DER) Department, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting support
Able to navigate, use and make changes within CPCA’s Association Management Software, various member engagement platforms and on CPCA’s website
Support CPCA’s webinar coordination and facilitation as needed
Support both in-person and virtual meetings managed by DER team members by sending agendas, taking notes, sending follow-up communication, and managing virtual meeting spaces as needed
Provide back-up support to other department administrative staff and reception as needed
Support CPCA in-person trainings and events, including room set up, registration and catering
Monitor and support general email boxes (outlook) for events, sponsorship and training
Support training and event marketing utilizing the Informz platform
Set up and monitor department related Smartsheet forms and dashboards as needed
Attend and participate in required Association meetings and events
Report regularly to supervisor
Occasionally travel a few times a year for conferences, trainings, or meetings by air and ground transportation

Qualification
Required
Associate degree and a minimum of two years of administrative support experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications and platforms, and virtual collaboration and meeting tools
Maintain calendars and schedules for multiple staff
Assist with a variety of organizational administrative tasks including front desk operations
Arrange and organize travel and accommodations for multiple staff
Demonstrates effective time management, organization, and problem-solving ability
Effective interpersonal and professional skills when engaging with Association membership and Board of Directors, vendors, and partners
Treat sensitive matters with confidentiality
Able to navigate, use and make changes within CPCA's Association Management Software, various member engagement platforms and on CPCA's website

Preferred
Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations, or non-profit organizations is preferred
Knowledge of Association Management Software, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom is a plus
