Responsibilities

Responsible for all purchasing pre and post launch activity focusing on the program team, supplier and customer requirements integrating data/quote management, contract negotiations, tool timing, CR/CN process flow, Profile management, complete launch readiness, etc
Extensive work experience, discipline and independence to accomplish successful closure of purchasing goals
Alignment with internal program teams/customers to negotiate contract requirements
Ensures data management required to meet program timelines
Familiarity with commercial terms and performance to target concepts required

Required

Requires minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Automotive cross-functional experience is a plus
Candidates with experience as Commodity Buyers or Component Buyers are strongly encouraged to apply
