Responsibilities
Own lead acquisition
Instrument tracking across all acquisition channels and build attribution models
Create lead scoring models and micro-segmentation frameworks
Build automated feedback loops where downstream outcomes inform upstream acquisition
Drive CAC down and improve conversion rates
Embed with operators, engineers, and AI teams to ship intelligence directly into production
Help change processes such as intake / customer onboarding
Move between modules (lead acquisition → information collection → market routing → renewals) as you optimize each
Qualification
Required
2+ years shipping fast in startup environments (0→1 experience)
SQL & Python proficiency (there is a lot of data to be crunched)
Background in statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, regression, cohort analysis, A/B testing
Business orientation - thinking about unit economics, LTV:CAC, funnel optimization
Building with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker)
Founder mindset: previous founder, founding team member, or deep startup exposure
Preferred
Causal inference and experimentation design
High-volume B2C or marketplace experience
Marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Experience with modern data stack (dbt, Airflow, ClickHouse)
