Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission LV and MV switchgear systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on both voltage classes
Troubleshoot equipment issues in customer environments
Provide technical support to customers across diverse industries
Document work and maintain comprehensive service records
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA)
Support equipment diagnostics and performance optimization
Assist with factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT)
Participate in equipment commissioning and startup activities

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution, graduating Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
Passionate about hands-on technical work and problem-solving
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to start full-time employment in January 2026 or June 2026
Willing to travel up to 80%
Legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to customer sites
Physical ability to perform field work (climbing, lifting, working at heights with proper safety equipment)
Ability to obtain and maintain electrical safety certifications

Preferred

Experience or coursework in power systems and electrical distribution
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices
Interest in utility or industrial electrical systems
Basic understanding of control systems or automation
Previous internship or field experience in electrical engineering
