Responsibilities
Manage and optimise warehouse operations to achieve high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations
Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Implement and maintain high levels of safety and compliance within the warehouse
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in warehouse operations
Qualification
Required
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Strong communication and delegation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors/customers
A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on improving warehouse operations and enhancing efficiency
Eligibility to work in Australia – with full working rights
Preferred
A qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is desired but not mandatory
Experience working in a well-defined KPI driven environment and using reporting software/WMS is highly regarded
