Responsibilities
Assist in contacting and conducting interviews of all applicants for employment opportunities (full-time and part-time)
Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System for applicants
Assist in the posting and maintenance of open job positions at Stange Law Firm
Assist in providing recommendations and analysis regarding job applicants, including running background checks, checking references and ensuring assessments and applications are completed
Performs human resource duties as needed
Supports the Firm’s goals through productive teamwork with other employees and develops strong relationships with members of the community and potential employees
Performs any other reasonable tasks as determined or requested
Qualification
Required
Human Resource Degree or the equivalent or degree in progress
High School degree or equivalent
Proficient in PC Programs
Moderate typing skills (45 wpm)
Excellent verbal / telephone and written communication skills
Excellent attendance/punctuality
Some Recruiting/Staffing knowledge and/or experience
