Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred, or equivalent experience
8+ years of progressive experience in HR, business consulting, or related strategic roles
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align talent strategy with business outcomes
Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
Advanced consulting, facilitation, and communication skills with executive presence
Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive enterprise alignment
Proven ability to apply an enterprise mindset to divisional challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in advising leaders, with advanced adaptability and innovation skills to anticipate business and workforce needs
Preferred
SPHR or SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred
