Responsibilities

Assist in providing care of the endoscopy patient in the Endoscopy suite under the direction of a RN
Assist in instrument / equipment decontamination and preparation
Maintain accurate high-level disinfection documents as defined by ASC policy

Qualification

Endoscopy technician experienceBLS certificationCSPD certificationCertified Endoscopy TechnicianBasic computer skillsVerbal communication skillsWritten communication skillsDetail orientedOrganizational skills

Required

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
BLS
3+ years of experience as an endoscopy technician in an ASC or hospital setting
Proven basic computer skills, highly organized
Demonstrated articulate verbal and accurate written communication skills and ability to be detail oriented

Preferred

CSPD
Certified Endoscopy Technician
Sterile processing experience
