Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and sanitizing clean room surfaces, equipment, and utilities according to established protocols

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, or systems, identifying root causes of malfunctions or breakdowns

Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of machinery and reduce unexpected downtime

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in logs or digital systems for compliance and analysis

Inspect clean room facilities regularly to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns promptly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain operational efficiency

Required

Have two to five years of maintenance experience, including troubleshooting machinery

Demonstrate knowledge in one or more technical fields: electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems

Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments

Showcase a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance

Preferred

Able to understand and read electrical schematics

Experience troubleshooting machinery using volt or amp meters and other standard hand tools

Familiarity with packaging machinery such as heat sealers and form-fill packaging machines

Minimum one year of experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment
