Responsibilities
Act as a non-technical domain functional consultant with expertise in the SDLC, supporting requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
Conduct impact and gap analyses, facilitating requirement workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
Develop process and use case maps, analyzing business cases to guide technical and vendor teams
Ensure compliance with GRC frameworks, IT governance standards, and organizational policies (FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT, IAM, MFA)
Validate and aggregate source data to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting and decision-making
Design, track, and maintain baseline metrics for policies and standards
Utilize reporting and collaboration tools such as Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer to support business processes
Qualification
Required

Strong understanding of ADM principles and SDLC processes
Proficient in process design, system architecture, and business case analysis
Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experienced in compliance monitoring and risk management
Knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Archer) for data aggregation and visualization
1.7+ years as a Business Analyst in GRC, IT governance, and risk management domains
Proven experience with compliance frameworks such as FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT, IAM, and MFA
Relevant degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
