Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate customer applications for assembly

Lead recommending equipment, tooling, and part design modifications

Perform material weldability evaluations

Provide application troubleshooting support both in-house and in the field

Conduct customer visits independently to provide technical information or solve customer problems

Provide written technical communications (i.e. application feasibility evaluation, application briefs, technical bulletins) for customers, industry groups and suppliers

Provide training for customer and new employees through in-house seminars, field seminars, and lab training programs

Provide Technical Support to Market Segment Managers (seminars, trade shows, etc.)

Additional projects as assigned by manager
