Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, operating regional jets across multiple destinations. The Flight Operations Training Intern will integrate classroom knowledge with practical application in a professional setting, focusing on project-based work assignments related to Flight Operations.

Responsibilities

Schedule and host virtual training sessions

Assist with data entry and analysis

Provide LMS technical support (such as password resets)

Track e-learning training completions

Prepare and distribute pilot EFB’s (Electronic Flight Bags)

Conduct EFB inventory audits

Conduct training center publication audits

Assist with curriculum development projects

Provide emergency drill training (aircraft doors, fire extinguishers, etc.)

Participate in instructor interviews

Assist Flight Operations Admin as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program in Aviation, Aviation Management, Airport Management or related program, with Junior or Senior credit standing at the time of application submission

Above average written and communication skills

Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Effective organizational, time management, & multi-tasking skills

Ability to work and be based in Minneapolis, MN; relocation assistance is not available

Ability to work full time (32-40 hours/week) during weekdays, with some schedule flexibility, if needed

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business environment

Repetitive motion such as typing

Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs

Travel as necessary
