Start in 2026 SummerCDM Smith is looking for a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join their team. The intern will assist senior engineers with subsurface investigations, calculations, analyses, and report preparation on various Geotechnical projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with subsurface investigations and oversight during construction of subsurface work
Assist senior engineers in performing calculations
Perform analyses
Prepare reports, plans, and specifications
Assist with office needs on a variety of Geotechnical projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Masters degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering is required
Preferred
Past Academic, Co-Op or Intern experience in a Geotechnical Lab strongly preferred but not required
