Responsibilities

Manage service delivery timelines as established with the client or by firm policy. This includes timely completion of tasks that are assigned by other employees in the firm

Ensure that all client calls and email requests receive immediate attention, and issues raised are resolved as soon as practical

Complete basic local, state & federal tax filings with the client and their advisors’ assistance

Draft appropriate documents and agreements in a timely fashion to ensure transactions can proceed in accordance with the client’s established timeline

Maintain records in accordance with firm protocol to ensure that all client information is current, accurate, complete, and readily accessible

Provide ongoing client service support as necessary to assist clients with FAA, IRS, and state law compliance

Provide backup telephone support for client, prospect, and vendor inquiries
