Responsibilities

Utilize Argus Enterprise and Excel to maintain detailed property cash flow projections, incorporating updated leasing, expense, and capital assumptions

Incorporate complex financing structures—including senior and subordinate debt, preferred equity, and JV contributions—into cash flow models

Build and refine equity waterfall and partnership distribution models to evaluate promote structures and investment returns

Review and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and third-party reports to evaluate asset performance and identify operational opportunities

Construct and maintain underwriting models from acquisition through disposition, integrating both historical performance and forward-looking projections

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives, forecasting cash availability for capital projects and reinvestment opportunities
