Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, system maintenance, and configuration activities across Workday modules
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in Workday processes and data management
Be a point of contact for HR business leaders regarding Workday strategy, enhancements, and priorities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic roadmap for Workday functionality and adoption
Help lead cross-functional initiatives to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals and HR strategies
Assist with the rollout of new Workday features, modules, and updates
Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for new configurations and releases
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased efficiency
Design and deliver organization-wide training programs on new Workday features and processes
Develop user-friendly documentation and resources to support adoption and self-service
Communicate system changes and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Provide advanced support for HRIS-related inquiries and escalations
Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making
Help with the implementation and reporting of security protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA)

Required

Proven ability to manage complex projects
Strong working knowledge of international data privacy laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and stakeholder engagement
An understanding of Workday modules, reporting, and business processes is a plus

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in human resources information systems (HRIS), Information Technology, or a related field preferred (not required), or equivalent work experience
2+ years of Workday experience preferred
Workday certifications or specialized training
Experience in strategic planning and HR technology transformation
Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and governance standards
