Responsibilities
Define and execute GBG’s financial services strategy within the Global Strategic Accounts function
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across banking, lending, and crypto sectors
Act as the strategic lead for complex B2B engagements, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align offerings with client needs and market trends
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of strategic account professionals as the function scales
Identify opportunities for product optimization, expansion, and new logo acquisition
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector
Strong understanding of digital identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients
Experience in B2B commercial execution and engagement with C-suite stakeholders
Ability to define and execute strategic initiatives and go-to-market strategies
Experience in team building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in a competitive market
Preferred
Experience in the banking, lending, or crypto sectors
Familiarity with the Americas market and its dynamics
Experience in launching new business verticals or initiatives
