Responsibilities
Leading our efforts to deliver the best end-to-end customer experience in drone delivery
Building scalable playbooks and SOPs to resolve common customer pain points
Collaborating with product, engineering, support, operations, marketing, and external partners to build + pilot tools, streamline workflows, and lay the foundation for scale
Improving awareness and education of drone delivery’s consumer value proposition, across speed, quality, affordability, safety, and energy efficiency
Traveling up to 20% of the time
Lead a small, high-performing team
Talk to our customers and merchant-partners on a regular basis, ensuring that we’re developing the right experiences in the short- and long-term
Influence how we define, evaluate, and expand new service areas to ensure strong operational performance
Consistently stay close to the consumer experience to ensure we are building the right product to attract, engage, and retain customers at scale
Be the tip of the spear in ensuring that as many customers ordering as many carts from as many merchants are eligible for drone delivery
Qualification
Required
