Responsibilities
Drive Sales Excellence: Develop and execute strategic plans to uncover new opportunities and build relationships across multiple departments, including CX, IT, and executive leadership
Solution Selling: Position Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions as the key to solving enterprise customer experience challenges. Tailor presentations, demos, and proposals to meet the unique needs of each client and clearly articulate the ROI of our solutions
Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices in customer experience, AI, and automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions post-sale
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region, expanding Crescendo’s footprint within key accounts and verticals. Help us grow our presence in the most dynamic and high-potential markets
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction. Track progress and ensure timely reporting to leadership on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status
Thought Leadership: Represent Crescendo at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Become a thought leader in the AI and customer experience space by sharing insights, case studies, and success stories with clients and prospects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, specifically in CX, AI, or similar technology solutions
Strong history of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals and managing relationships with large, global enterprises
A deep understanding of consultative selling and the ability to engage C-level decision-makers in strategic discussions around AI and customer experience
Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently while working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to manage a complex sales pipeline
Ability to think critically and creatively to design solutions that align with the unique needs of each client, while delivering tangible value
Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
