Responsibilities

Installing and servicing physical security systems / platforms, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection, communications, and many other low - voltage systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
Leading on - site installations and serving as foreman of an installation team, including the installation and servicing of CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection, communications, and many other low - voltage systems
Training/mentoring others within the team
Serving as the main customer interface
Managing trades and subcontractors assigned to projects
Maintaining awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

Required

Minimum five years, an average of 10 years of experience with the installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems and platforms (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion / Burglar, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, and testing of systems
Advanced knowledge of intrusion detection systems, access control, CCTV, and other security systems such as entry systems
Ability to oversee full installation of more than one system across multiple platforms
Ability to obtain appropriate licensure
Strong written and oral communication skills
