Travel to customers, businesses, and fleets in a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van

Performing maintenance, diagnostics, recalls, repairs, and more

Delivering an exceptional on-site experience

Qualification

Required

Automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to perform maintenance, light repair, diagnostics, and recall work

Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures

Ability to use Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software (training provided)

Must complete all Ford-required training and certifications, including: Ford STARS training, Ford Mobile Service training modules, Ford diagnostic and electrical training, Ongoing Ford web-based and in-person training as released

Willingness to maintain and update certifications as Ford standards evolve

High level of independence, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work outdoors, on the road, and in various environments

Strong organizational habits to maintain a clean and efficient mobile service van

Ability to represent the dealership with trust, confidence, and professionalism
