The Quality and Compliance Professional will ensure that processes and practices align with regulations and best practices, enhancing the participant experience through audits, training, and policy improvement.

Responsibilities

Champion Quality Standards – Help monitor performance, track key quality indicators, and support efforts that keep care safe, consistent, and person-centered

Support Audits and Reviews – Assist with internal audits, chart reviews, and other monitoring activities to ensure we’re meeting regulatory and organizational requirements

Turn Findings into Action – Partner with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to understand root causes, close gaps, and help design practical improvement plans

Educate and Empower Team Members – Support the development and delivery of trainings, tools, and resources so team members understand policies, procedures, and best practices

Respond to Concerns Thoughtfully – Help review and follow up on incidents, complaints, and feedback in a timely, respectful way, supporting fair and thorough resolution

Keep Documentation Organized and Accurate – Maintain logs, reports, and tracking dashboards that clearly tell the story of our quality and compliance efforts

Improve Policies and Processes – Contribute to updating and refining policies, workflows, and checklists so they are clear, practical, and aligned with current standards

Promote a Culture of Safety and Integrity – Model transparency, integrity, and a learning mindset, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement across the organization

Required

Experience in quality assurance or compliance in a healthcare setting

Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and track key quality indicators

Ability to assist with internal audits and chart reviews

Experience in developing and delivering training and resources

Strong communication skills to respond to incidents and feedback

Organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation

Ability to contribute to policy and process improvement

Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and integrity

Preferred

Background in clinical, operations, data, or related fields

Experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare

Familiarity with value-based care models
