Mid LevelECS is seeking a Data Analyst to work in our MacDill AFB, FL office. The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level subject matter expert in data analysis within Military, Federal Government, or Intelligence Community organizations, focusing on data process mapping, policy development, and operationalizing data.

Responsibilities
Responsible for performing data analysis of structured and unstructured data using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining
Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current operations or issues
Works closely with the internal or external clients to identify analytical requirements
May handle special analytical projects as needed
May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture operational information
Supports all US/Coalition exercise and operational Data Modernization requirements
Candidate must be able to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate highly technical information to a broad, operational audience
Qualification
Required
Experience as a mid-level subject matter expert in data analysis in a Military, Federal Government, and/or Intelligence Community organization
Demonstratable history of data analysis, data process mapping, policy development to operationalize data
Identification and addressing gaps / limitations in policy that prevent / deter the operationalization of data
Responsible for performing data analysis of structured and unstructured data using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining
Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current operations or issues
Works closely with the internal or external clients to identify analytical requirements
May handle special analytical projects as needed
May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture operational information
Supports all US/Coalition exercise and operational Data Modernization requirements
