Establishes system information requirements based on engineer analysis
Designs architecture to support software, hardware, and communication requirements
Ensures system compatibility and compliance with open system architecture standards
Analyzes workflow problems and develops corrective actions
Provides daily supervision and direction to staff
Integration between Enterprise Clinical Informatics Systems (COTS or Custom)
Development of Enterprise Clinical Informatics Systems when COTS does not exist or meet NIAID's requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in custom development services in support of Enterprise Product Management
Ability to establish system information requirements based on engineer analysis
Experience in designing architecture to support software, hardware, and communication requirements
Knowledge of open system architecture standards and ensuring system compatibility
Analytical skills to evaluate workflow problems and develop corrective actions
Experience in providing daily supervision and direction to staff
Experience with integration between Enterprise Clinical Informatics Systems (COTS or Custom)
Ability to develop Enterprise Clinical Informatics Systems when COTS does not exist or meet requirements
