YMCA of the USA is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead their expanding YMCA presence in Bainbridge, Georgia. The Executive Director will provide visionary leadership and operational excellence to ensure growth in impact, membership, and financial strength for the Bainbridge YMCA.

Responsibilities

Lead overall operations, programs, finances and staff across all Bainbridge YMCA facilities

Drive membership growth, program participation, and community engagement, building on the branch's strong momentum

Develop, Coach, and empower a high performing staff team that reflects the YMCA's values and culture

Build and sustain relationships with community leaders, schools, churches, businesses and civic partners

Lead annual fundraising, sponsorships, grants, and donor relations in partnership with association leadership and board

Ensure operational excellence in budget management, safety, facilities, and compliance with standards

Required

Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including supervision of staff and budgets

YMCA or non-profit experience

Demonstrated success in membership or revenue growth, fundraising and community partnerships

Strong communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to inspire staff, volunteers and community stakeholders

Alignment with and enthusiasm for the Christian Mission and values of the YMCA
