Responsibilities

Use open-source intelligence and security tooling for potential threats against the company including terrorism, natural disasters, crime incidents, health-related incidents and more
Assist in intelligence writing, review and publication
Support video surveillance, access control, and external threat monitoring
Handle security incidents promptly and accurately
Triage and respond to security and technical support questions, emails, tickets, etc
Support GSOC staffing initiatives, ensuring a continuous operation
Responsible for the intake of security incidents and referring them to relevant teams or authorities

Required

Bachelor's Degree or former law enforcement/military experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year experience in intelligence, geopolitical, or security-related fields required
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Tactical and strategic intelligence including an intimate knowledge of geopolitical and security risk and threat assessment
Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to critically think and decipher policies and procedures and analytical skills for providing insight into security situations
Familiarity with security communication protocols and tools while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Handling highly confidential information
Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Regular computer usage and manual dexterity for occasional lifting
Prioritising multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining composure in urgent and pressure situations

Preferred

At least 1 year in a GSOC environment (or law enforcement/military) highly preferred
Proficiency in open-source intelligence gathering highly preferred
