Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision for Identity and Access Solutions, aligning with the vertical’s mission to lead, innovate, and deliver
Direct a portfolio of solutions including Instant ID, ThreatMetrix, Emailage, and ID Verse, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers, cybersecurity teams, and activation partners to expand solution adoption
Integrate capabilities in identity verification and fraud detection to deliver seamless, secure consumer experiences
Use analytics to optimize fraud detection, improve quote accuracy, and enhance conversion
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, leading cross-functional teams through collaboration and influence
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the solution portfolio and drive growth
Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging and thought leadership content that positions the company as a market leader
Track and manage financial KPIs to ensure profitability and ROI across the solution portfolio
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support product launches and market expansion
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in identity verification, fraud detection, or access management within insurance or adjacent industries
Deep understanding of the identity and fraud ecosystem: physical and digital identity, behavioral analytics, and cybersecurity
Proven success managing large product portfolios and driving revenue growth
Strong analytical skills and experience with behavioral targeting and fraud intelligence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
