Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end materials management for power distribution products and chargers across global projects
Develop and execute demand- and supply-planning processes ensuring on-time equipment availability aligned with deployment schedules
Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, and Construction to translate design changes and forecasts into executable procurement plans
Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence for electrification hardware, integrating supplier lead-times and manufacturing constraints
Build and automate forecasting models using internal data pipelines and supplier inputs to improve accuracy and reduce inventory exposure
Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives
Track global inventory, shipments, and at-risk materials; mitigate disruptions through proactive allocation and supplier collaboration
Support business reviews and executive updates on supply continuity, delivery metrics, and cost performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
6+ years of experience in supply chain management, material planning and/or supply planning role
Strong Working knowledge of S&OE and S&OP with implementation experience

Preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, Scheduling, Lifecycle management)
Tools and Advanced Planning Systems Software
APICS and/or IBF certification
