Sr. Technical Recruiter

Serval is building an AI platform for IT teams aimed at automating IT workflows. They are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies focused on engineering roles, collaborating closely with engineering leaders to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

Design & Implement Hiring Strategies: Develop creative sourcing strategies, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and iterate based on data to consistently meet hiring goals
Understand Hiring Needs: Partner with engineering leaders to create accurate role definitions, set clear expectations, and prioritize requisitions
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the broader team to ensure alignment on hiring goals, champion best practices, and share insights that inform overall talent strategy
Build & Maintain Recruiting Infrastructure: Select and integrate tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) that enable a seamless, data-driven recruiting process
Champion Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report key metrics to inform decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the candidate experience
Stay Ahead of Recruiting Trends: Keep a pulse on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices to attract world-class engineering talent in a competitive market

Required

5-8 years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing top 1% engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on hiring goals
Strong Communication Skills: Adept at articulating role requirements and company vision to candidates, and translating complex feedback into clear action items
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and refine recruiting strategies
