Responsibilities
Design and execute launch campaigns that drive rapid user adoption
Build and optimize growth funnels and referral mechanics
Develop a UGC and creator content strategy that scales organically
Manage social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
Analyze growth metrics and user behavior to refine strategy
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to identify viral features
Collaborate with marketing and possibly drive major traditional marketing campaigns (ads, videos, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Flexibility and ability to wear many hats comfortably
Experience leading or contributing to high-impact product launches
Deep understanding of viral content dynamics and social platforms
Strong sense of creative direction and brand voice
Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make informed decisions
Comfortable working fast, iterating daily, and taking ownership end to end
Based in or able to work in person in the Bay Area
