New Grad, Entry LevelF&F Productions, LLC is seeking an On-Site Content Producer for REELZ to manage content creation during live shows. The role involves filming talent preparations, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and engaging with audiences through social media during and after the show.

Responsibilities
Film talent prep and studio set up (rehearsals, mic checks, behind the scenes)
Film producers take on the upcoming show
Capture short BTS iPhone clips and photos for early social hype
Post a pre-show warm-up clip using #OPLiveNow
Quick BTS check-ins with talent (short video soundbites, fun reactions)
Control room reactions to show moments
Triple play, BOLO and Missing clipped and posted to social ASAP
Post in real time using hashtags to spark fan engagement
Monitor comments and flag standout UGC or trending conversations
Rapid editing/packaging of standout clips into vertical/square formats for posting
Capture closing BTS with talent
Post a clean 'That's a Wrap' image or video with a fan CTA
Provide extra BTS assets for weekday usage by the full time Content Producer
Qualification
Required
Experience in filming and editing video content
Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, live production environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using video editing software
Ability to capture high-quality behind-the-scenes content
Experience in creating engaging social media posts
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
