Responsibilities

Design and implement complex telecommunications systems that meet the needs of our organization

Maintain and troubleshoot existing telecommunications infrastructure

Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that our telecommunications systems are reliable, secure, and efficient

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications industry

Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing telecommunications systems

1-2 years of System experience on Ring Central platforms

Technical experience with Voice/Messaging Center protocols on Sangoma and Ring Central

Strong knowledge of Signaling protocols: MGCP, SIP, H.323, digital PRI/T1/E1, E&M media resources, Dial peer and SRST configurations

Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis

Preferred

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

Experience in the Health Care Services industry

Experience with VoIP and unified communications systems

Experience with cloud-based telecommunications systems

Experience with project management

Active Genesys or Ring Central certification
